First year's membership is free for anyone with a FEMA number.

Rates for others are:

• $25-100 per year, sliding scale based on annual income and family size.
• $400 per year for non-profit organizations.
• $100 per week for visiting volunteer groups not affiliated with a partner recovery organization. 

Becoming a member is easy!  Bring your I.D. and membership fee (or FEMA number) to sign up and start borrowing tools.
