Cultivate Hope at Roosevelt Middle School
Matthew 25 has created a partnership with Roosevelt Middle School. Zach D'Amico-Americore VISTA worker, Matt Mayer- Cultivate Hope Manager, and Jenny Seylar-Youth Education Coordinator have been building relationships with a group of teachers and students. Through this relationship building, the students have built 3 garden beds where they are growing vegetables that will be harvested throughout the next few months. Youth are encouraged to continue to work with Matthew 25 staff and volunteers throughout the summer to maintain the beds. The project will resume when students return to school in the fall.
