Want to learn and try a new recipe while also making extra food for the nonprofit Cultivate Hope Corner Store? Click here to register for the next Cooking for a Cause class!
Join us at 5:30 pm on Dec. 5 & 12 for a two-part Cooking for a Cause class, where Chefs Philip and Jason will lead you through the preparation and cooking of a recipe, while making extras for our Good Meals To Go meal program at the nonprofit Cultivate Hope Corner Store. There are only 10 spots available for this class, so make sure to register soon!
December’s class will feature veggie sushi rolling and dumplings! On Dec. 5, you’ll learn the basics of sushi and dumplings, and on Dec. 12, you’ll take your skills to the next level. Since the second class builds on skills from the first class, make sure to sign up for both! Or, if you just want the basics, the first class on Dec. 5 will be best for you.
These classes are suitable for beginners, but will include some work with kitchen knives, so this class is recommended for ages 18 and up.
Cost: $15 per person, per class
- Instructional Class and take-home recipe cards
- One meal per attendee at each class
- Your cost also covers some of the food costs for the meals that will go to the Cultivate Hope Corner Store!
