Drop the Mic is where writers remind us of who we are and who we are meant to be. It’s where readings become experiences. It’s where the unexpected word becomes just the right word. It’s where we gather and learn and grow.

At this event hosted by The Hook, three featured wordsmiths, one featured musician, and five open mic slots for drop-ins will share up to 3 minutes of their original writing.
